The work covers complete risers as well as the horizontal water, waste and heating runs, from the rough installation through to the connection of apartment substations and manifolds. Because a riser passes through every floor, the individual sections are coordinated across the whole building rather than flat by flat, and the timing is set so that the building stays in use. We fit modern, long-lasting materials, and where a project calls for it we also use welded piping and pipe assemblies.
Underfloor and ceiling heating
